Cleft & Co. is a lifestyle and apparel brand created to support, celebrate, and connect the cleft community and the people who love them. Our designs are made to spark conversation, encourage connection, and remind others that they are never alone.

To us, "the company we keep" represents the people who walk alongside us: family, friends, caregivers, medical teams, and the entire community surrounding those born with clefts.

Cleft & Co. was built on the belief that support matters and that no one should have to navigate their journey alone. The company we keep helps shape who we are, carry us through challenges, and celebrate alongside us through every milestone.

Do you give back?

Giving back is a core part of our mission.

We commit to donating 5% of our profits back into the cleft community. In our early stages, these contributions will focus on local outreach programs and support efforts where we can make a direct impact.

As we grow, we hope to expand our reach and support a wider range of organizations and initiatives serving individuals born with cleft lip and palate, as well as their families and caregivers.

This is only the beginning, and we are deeply committed to growing our impact alongside our community.

Do I have to have a personal connection to the cleft community to wear Cleft & Co.?

Not at all!

While our designs are inspired by the cleft community, many of the messages they carry are rooted in universal experiences: resilience, belonging, identity, strength, and connection.

Whether you have a personal connection to cleft lip and palate or simply connect with the message behind a design, we hope you wear it with pride.

And if someone asks about your shirt, we hope you'll share our story and maybe a bit of your own, too. There is something powerful about finding common ground through shared experiences.

Every purchase also helps support the cleft community through our give-back efforts, allowing you to support both a small business and the community that inspired it.

Are your designs created with AI?

No.

Every Cleft & Co. design is personally created and designed by me. From the initial concept to the final artwork, each piece is thoughtfully developed by hand with intention, meaning, and a personal connection to the community this brand was built to support.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders are processed within a few business days.

Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

What if I have an issue with my order?

We want you to love your order.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, or if you experience any issues with your purchase, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to make it right.

How do your shirts fit?

Fit may vary slightly by collection and garment style.

Each product description includes fit details to help you choose the best option for you. If you're between sizes or prefer a more relaxed, oversized fit, we typically recommend sizing up.

How should I wash my apparel?

To help your items last longer, we recommend washing them inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low heat or air drying when possible.

For stains, spot treat with a color-safe stain remover before washing. In our home, we use Clorox Color Safe Stain Remover and then wash as normal.

Will you release more products in the future?

Absolutely.
